1. Acceptance
By using MyNestup Academy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. The name on your profile is the name printed on any certificate you earn, so keep it accurate.
3. Acceptable use
Do not share account access, redistribute course material, attempt to bypass access controls, or upload unlawful content.
4. Course content
Courses are provided by universities, training partners and independent instructors. They are responsible for their own content and its accuracy.
5. Certificates
Certificates confirm completion of a specific course. They are not accredited academic qualifications unless the awarding institution states otherwise. We may revoke a certificate obtained fraudulently.
6. Vouchers
Voucher codes are single-use. Once redeemed a code is permanently invalid and cannot be reused, refunded or transferred.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
