1. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure checkout. We never receive or store your card details. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
2. Refunds
Refund requests should be made through support. Where a course has been substantially completed or a certificate already issued, a refund may not be available.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel any time from your account.
4. Data we collect
Your name and email, your learning progress, and payment records held by our payment provider. Your name appears on certificates you earn and on the public verification page for those certificates.
5. How we use it
To run your account, track progress, issue certificates, and send transactional email. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Certificate verification
Certificates are publicly verifiable by code. The verification page shows the recipient name, course title, awarding body and dates — nothing else. Your email address is never shown.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure.
8. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account. Contact support. Certificates already issued and verified may be retained for integrity of the verification record.
