Many courses on MyNestup Academy are completely free, and every paid course includes at least one free preview lecture so you can judge before you pay.

Paid courses are either a one-time purchase giving you lifetime access, or included in a subscription. Organisations can buy voucher codes in bulk — see Academy for Businesses.

Billing questions

Is there a free tier?

Yes. Free courses require nothing but an account, and there is no time limit on them.

Do I keep access after buying a course?

One-time purchases give lifetime access unless the course was sold with a defined access period, which is always shown before you pay.

How do refunds work?

Refund terms are set out in our Terms of Service. Contact support and we will look at it.

Are my card details safe?

We never see them. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider on their own secure checkout.
